Kirichenko Y. 3. The ways of lowering (reduction of) the unprofitability of reproduction of land and ground resources used by the manganous open cuts

The researches have been carried out with regard to the unprofit-ability lof reproduction of ground resources as a level of recultiva-tion of grounds, which are disposed, exhausted by the manganous open cuts. The theoretical substantiation of control over the unprof-itability is given on the basis of creation of rational agro-ecological estimation of recultivated grounds, optimum plan of distribution of money resources for recultivation of disposal areas and as well as for rational direction of restored grounds application and use taking into account the economic relations between their subjects of man-aging. The analytical formulas for account and calculation of a loss ratio have been made up upon various recultivation technologies, for what there have been established the statistical dependences of quality of the technically generated grounds upon the size of ex-penses for their creation. The conformities were revealed and the appropriatenesses of formation of an economically expedient level of grounds recultivation in interrelation with profits of the previous land owner and losses of the ore dressing plant. The results of the researches are accepted to be used on the Ordzhonikidze ore dress-ing plant.
