Kucheryavenko R. Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) (epizootology, diagnosis and specific prophylaxis)

Object of study: large cattle, BHV-1 virus, cellular cultures. Purpose of study: studing epizootic features and clinical exhibiting of a IBR, development of technology manufacturing of ingridients of a panel for diagnostics of this illness in the response of an immunofluorescence. Methods of examinations: epizootologic, clinical, virologic, serologic. Theoretical and practical results: it is carried out comparative epizootologic monitoring BHV-1, the etiological role BHV-1 in originating nervous form IBR fixed, localization of an antigen of BHV-1 virus in different members and tissues of the large cattle, influence of vaccine "Ripavac" on changes immune-hormonal parameters on laboratory animal is investigated. A degree of introduction: The designed normative documentation on "The diagnostic kit of a contagious rhinotracheitis-pustular vulvovaginitis (balanopostitis) in response of an immunofluorescence" , results of examinations utilised by development of manual on use "Vaccines inactivated against a IBR and PI-3 of the large cattle", instruction of prophylactics and eliminations IBR.
