Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of principles of construction of complex system of positioning for increase of accuracy of manufacturing of details of devices. In work the theoretical preconditions are analyzed and the opportunities of eception of high accuracy and productivity of machining in conditions existing (including worn out) park of the equipment at the instrument-making enterprises of Ukraine are certain (determined). For the first time for milling machine tools with CNC the new system of the adaptive control of positioning is developed which is directed on increase of accuracy of manufacturing of details of devices. For the offered and investigated method of a contact are developed mathematical model and algorithms of management for all system of the machine tool, that allows to make the concrete programs of management for any milling machine tool with CNC.
