The thesis solves of the important scientific and technical task of the ability of control of technological process condition of the manufac-ture of details of the dymanic adjusted instruments. The results of researches of modern requirement at insrtument making the method and instrument of control, technologic forecasting of the condition of the manufacture of details of instruments are founded. The new two-parameter sensor of vibration and electromagnetic constituent of dynamic technological process condition of the manufacture of details for the assurance of great sensibility by variation of the tool condition is developed. This is raising of the reliable performance of automatized production. The creation model of the formalized description of the distribution of energetic loading at tool is allowed to creation of the mode of functioning of instrument for processing signals of the dy-namic of the wear, breaking of cutting tool for system of assessment of the process condition of the manufacture ofprecision details by ma-chining process at CNC lathes.
