Essay

Dissertation solves a scientific and technical task for improvement of operational characteristics and reliability of devices for a control system of mobile objects. Improvement is reached due to forming surfaces with the discrete-oriented topography for details of mobile units of devices.As a result of research of the technological methods of tribology and surface engineering the methodology of creation of discrete-oriented topographies for working surfaces is suggested. The technological providing of surface forming is conducted on the base of dynamic method of a superficial ductile deformation. Practical realization of this methodology allows improving reliability, accuracy, fast-acting ability of devices due to improving of such functional properties of working surfaces of details as antifriction ability, load carrying ability, wear-resistance, score-resistance.
