Essay

The thesis is aimed to create method for flexible design of technological processes of instrument parts manufacturing by introducing multiple-choice alternative for technological solutions. This introduction enables taking into consideration dynamics of production conditions change. In this way stages of technological process design are related to technical-and-economic performance of production. Using fuzzy-set theory and objective-oriented approach there have been improved mathematical models of technological process and the detail. There have been developed method for flexible design of processes of instrument parts manufacturing, method of selection of alternative surface machining schemes taking into account surface qualitat and roughness for technological knowledge base rules formation as an intellectual constituent of system of flexible automated design of technological processes, algorithms for operation with technological data, decision making methods of optimal technical solutions using fuzzylogic.
