Essay

The goal of this study is the development of a method of the technological processes automated design of tools parts machining, allowing the reducing of technological preparation of manufacture time due to integration of design and technological information streams, and also due to automation of process of acceptance of technological decisions. The new integrated intellectual method of the technological processes automated design of tools parts machining is developed, allowing to generate closed, informational continuous, bidirectional cycle of design and technological preparation of the manufacture, based on the offered essentially new method of the technical information instruction directly on threedimensional parts drawings at design stage with the color coding of technical requirements that provides the formation of complex models of tools details containing volu- me of the design and technological information, sufficient for automated acceptance of economically proved decision on structure oftechnological operations of surfaces machining of projected tools parts that provides the increasing of technological manufacture preparation efficiency (reduction of terms) in 1,5-2 times due to integration of its information streams.
