Plotnikov O. The method and devices of an accuracy enhancement of the processing equipment with CNC during devices details manufacture

The thesis is devoted to development of a certification method and devices and importation of corrections on coordinate transitions of the processing equipment tools with CNC for the purpose of accuracy enhancement and efficiency of devices details manufacture. The theoretical premises were studied. The possibilities of high accuracy obtaining and achievement of efficiency of machining using existing (including worn out) equipment at the instrument-making factories of Ukraine have been defined. The new method of a raise of accuracy on theoretical positions of zone melting is offered to for the first time for horizontal milling machines with CNC. The new measuring technique of coordinated movement inaccuracies and correction importation in working machine control program which is raise an accuracy of manufacture devices details manufacture have been developed. The mathematical model and control algorithms of all working machine system which allows making concrete controls programs for any horizontal milling machine with a CNC have been obtained for the offered and investigated method of accuracy enhancement. The obtained results in efficiency of developed devices and in offered procedure of the registration of coordinate system inaccuracies in working machine control program were tested under working conditions.
