Dissertation is devoted to the study of conformities with a law of morphological changes to of the post-trauma regenerate of tibiae of rats under the conditions of combined action of ionizing radiation and heavy metals salts and searches for the ways of their correction Structural-metabolic description of the bone corn after causing a bone defect has been studied by means osteometria, light microscopy with methods of morphometria; ultramicroscopy and chemical-analytical analysis of the regenerate. It is ascertained that formation of the long bone regenerate under conditions of ionizing radiation in doses of 0,1Gr, 0,2Gr and 0,3Gr and loading by the organism by heavy metal salts in the different combinations causes changes, which exist at all stages of repairative osteogenesis. Thymalinum increases a mineral saturation of tibia regenerate, provides the substantial improvement of the structurally - functional state of bone corn.
