Moroz G. The morphofunctional substantiation of the jejunal transplants for plastic of an esophagus (the experimental-morphological research)

The anatomical-experimental basing of the esophageal plastic by the different segments of the intestine was the subject of research. The aim of the scientific work is the morphofunctional basing in the experiment of the viability of the intestinal transplants for plastic of the esophagus with the different amount of intersected mesenterial vessels and create the criteria of circulatory injury and morphological transformations prognosis. The anatomical, histological, histochemical, electrophysiological and electron-microscopic methods, quantitative and mathematical analysis in the research were used. The electrophysiological characteristics of a jejunal transplant change according to morphological transformations to its tissue structures and depends of the amount of the intersected mesenteric vessels were established. The objective quantitative criteria of estimation and prognostication morphofunctional integrity of intestinal transplants worked out on base of these data. The results introduced in the educational and scientific process of the Human Anatomy and Topographic Anatomy and Operative Surgery departments of the higher medical schools in Ukraine.
