Essay

Object of research: economic relations, accrued at the formation and realization of a motivation mechanism of hired labor in the transformation economy. Aim of research: complex political and economic analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of formation and development of a motivation mechanism of labor in the transformation economy, analysis and determination of effective forms of labor stimulation under contemporary conditions, development of a scientifically grounded recommendations for achieving positive shifts in this field. Methods of research: system, historic-evolution, comparative, abstract-logical, economic-sociological, and statistical analysis. Results, novelty: 1) the role, structure and features of social-economic genotype of a post-Soviet employee were grounded; 2) an interrelationship between the motivation of labor activity and social-economic changes in the countries with the transformation economy was detected and described; 3) the reasons of decrease in motivation forworking in the countries with the transformation economy were analyzed; 4) a conflict between the capital-function and capital-ownership was detected and characterized; 5) a necessity of combination of centralized regulators of remuneration of labor on the basis of the development of a tripartism system with the elements of the individual remuneration of labor was grounded; 6) the content of a new system of economic relations for increase of efficiency of work was grounded and described.
