Ligomina I. The mineral exchange and natural resistency condition and their correction in cows the farms of Zhitomir Polissa

The object of research: the metabolism and re-sistensy of cows of Black and White breed in Zhi-tomir Polissa region. The purpose of research: Consist of experimental and theoretical substantiation the changes of some indixes of mineral and natural resistancy of cows in Zhitomir Polissa region and the possibility for their correction with using some vitamin and immuno-corective medicines. Methods of research: clinical, radiological, (сe-siym, stroncium, blood morhological tests (red and white blood cells, leucogramma), biochemical (haemoglobin, general protein, protein components, colloidal tests, immunoglobulins, carotine, vitamin A, calcium, phosphor, bilirubine, urea, creatinine, (Див. продовження) AST, ALT, GGT, alcaline phosphtase), atom- absorbtion method (Fe, Zn, Cu), immunoferment method (tiroxine), hystological (timus, splenum, limphatical nods, liver, kidney, heart). Scientific novelty of work: consist of experimen-tal substantiaton of the using of mineral-vitamin-aminoacid drug "Vitamin-Complex+Oligo" to-gather with immunomodulative medicine "KAFI" that are used for restoration of mineral and vitamin A exchange and some indexes of natural resistancy in cows in Zhitomir Polissa region. For the first time there were investigated the indexes of mineral (Ca, P, Co, Cu, Fe, Zn) and vitamin A exchange, the functional condition of tireoid gland and liver, some indexes of natural resistency in lactating cows in the condition of polymicroelement shortage lowinten-sive irradiation on the some of the farms of Zhito-mir Polissa region. It is offered: 1. The methods of the diagnosis of Co, Zn, Cu and Fe exchange in dairy cows. 2. For restorasion of P/Ca and vitamine A metabolism, haemopoesis and natural resistensy stimulation in Zhitomir Polissa region the dry cows have to be in-jected with vitamin-mineral-aminoacid drug "Vitamin-Complex-+Oligo", "KAFI" and RBS. Is introduced: On the farms of the Zhitomir re-gion is introduced: a) the conduction of clinical and laboratory investigations of cattle with the using of proposed indexes for diagnosis of osteodistrophy, A-hypovitaminosis, hypoteriosis and hypocobalto-sis; b) the using of vitamin-mineral-aminoacid drug "Vitamin-Complex+Oligo" for treatment and pre-vention of osteodistrophy and A-hypovitaminosis.
