The object of research: the poultry with urate diatesis. The purpose of research: to study the etiology of urate diatesis in poultry and to develop the effektive methods of preventive therapy. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical (general protein, urea acid, calcium, ALT-activity, creatinine, reserved alkalinity), physikal (determining the live weight of poultry), patological (necropsy). Scientific novelty of work: there was proved the influence of different levels of protein and aminoacid feeding of poultry on urea acid concentration in blood serum. It way established that overfeeding of crude proteine, tryptophane, arginine, cistine leads to the development of urate diathesis. Effective preventive measures for urate diathesis prevention consist of decreasing feeding rations crude proteine, tryptophane, arginine, cistine up to 20-25% below the accepted level. For the time there was established the preventive effectivity of the fervent drug of microbiological synthesis Macerobaciline G3х thedosages an courses of treatment were proposed. There was developed new method of preventive therapy of the with the using of Hexamethilenetetramine and Tocoferole acetate complex. There was established positive correlative dependency between the age of the poultry and the level of urate diatesis. It is offered: new methods of uratediathesis prevention in the condition of production factory; the decreasing of the level of proteine and aminoacids consumption at the start of the disease; the feeding of poultry with Macerobaciline G3х and Hexamethilenetetramine with Tocoferole acetate. There were obtained the date on age dynamics of the content of general proteine, calcium, urea acid. These indices are recommended to be used for metabolism evaluation in poultry. Branch of application: Veterinary Medicine.
