Essay

The thisis is devoted to the study of the lipid peroxidation processes and antioxidant activity, glycolysis metabolites content, nitrite-ions concentrations in rat blood and tissues, ultrastructural changes in liver tissue on the initial stages of ethanol intoxication as well as application of interval hypoxic training (IHT) in these condition. The application of IHT in animals with ethanol intoxication resulted in normalization of lipid peroxidation level in all studied media, increase of antioxidant defence activity, reduction of lactic acid level, mobilization of nitric oxide and monooxygenase systems in liver.
