Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of changes in attention and autonomic response indices of humans under influence of atmospheric pressure microoscillations. The specific differences in psychophysiological and auto-nomic responses to sporadic and periodic atmospheric pressure microoscillations simulated in infrasonic ordi-nary range were detected. The indices of attention di-rected to objects of short-term memory, but not to ob-jects of perception or coordination of hands movements are more sensitive to atmospheric pressure microoscilla-tions. It has been shown that the relationships between the changes in indices of attention and autonomic re-sponses are dependent on rhythmic organisation of at-mospheric pressure microoscillations, as well the initial levels of attention and heart rate variability in low- and high-frequency range.
