Zahorodniuk S. Development of the management communication in the civil service training system

The research object is management communication in the civil service system. The research objective is scientific and theoretical basis of management communication development in the civil service training system and exposure of possibilities of modern psychological and pedagogical practices. The research methods includes theoretical methods (content-analysis, balancing, system analysis), empirical methods (establishing and forming experiment), correlation analysis, and partial correlations. The theoretical and practical outcomes perform scientific and methodical recommendations on improvement perfection of development system of management communication of public servants. The innovation consists of scientific basis of theoretical and methodological technology of management communication development. An implementation degree is determined by the development and application of the module "Art of Business Communication" to the MPA programme in National Academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine. Implementation sphere is civil service system of Ukraine, and, in particular, civil service training system.
