Essay

The dissertation deals scientific-practical task - to get more adequate diagnostic results of vehicle's braking systems by brake testers testing methods to results of other test methods. The offered methodic base on analytical equations was gotten for really vehicle's brakes as testing result. These equations are use to prognosis of braking efficiency parameters for tests conditions of full mass automobile's load. For forecasting parameters of braking efficiency, characteristic of road tests conditions, the mathematical model of the biaxial vehicle braking process with the hydraulic drive of brakes is applied. As the source equations the performances of a brake system determined during tests of the automobile on the tester are applied to this model. For this purpose the technique of automatic determination of performances with allowance for their nonlinearities stipulated by the design and operational factors and necessary software was developed. The brake tester and device of a operator's gain on a pedal measurement were developed. The outcomes of researches are introduced in roller brake testes of production by Autotechnika, DerjautotransNDIproect, BOSCH.
