. Object of research - mechanism of management of the enterprises of small and average business, which function in Dnepropetrovsk and Dnepropetrovsk area. The purpose of dissertation work is a theoretical explanation of the approaches, methods and processes of organization of management of the enterprises of small and average business, development of the practical recommendations concerning their realization, and also introduction and optimization of these development in directions of increase of a management efficiency by the enterprises and business by processes of their activity. The scientific novelty of the received results is in development both development of methodical and practical rules concerning improvement of the mechanism of management of the enterprises of small and average business on the basis of selection and use of information technologies and is reduced to the following: For the first time: The basic contexts of the further development of directions, methods and models of the analysis are developed depending on an object in view and research problems concerning improvement of control systems of processes and enterprises of small and average business, which belong to a basis of the characteristic of the approaches concerning definition of proof managing of the enterprises and adaptation of the economic-organizing mechanism of management by them; The developed basic rules and conceptual approaches of optimization of operative management in different economic situations and under influence of the external factors, which consist in search and realization of industrial, financial and commercial reserves and reduction of risk at realization of the business-projects are developed; Is advanced: The economic-organizing of management of economic activity of the enterprises of small and average business on the basis of the argument of priority directions of strategy of their further development by interaction of complex system of operative management, strategic planning, marketing researches, investments and information technologies. Has received the further development: The system of methods, approaches and separate elements of the economic-organizing mechanism of operative management of economic activity of the enterprises of small and average business, which is in the new approaches to designing organizational structure of a control system and effective introduction of information technologies; The technique of development truncated orgstructure of systems of operative management of the enterprises of small and average business, which consists in definition of border of truncation and optimum definition of volumes of information technologies in view of available means and volumes of economic activity has been investigated. Practical meaning of the received results. The results of research, which stated in the dissertation, are brining to a level of the applied recommendations. They are intended for use as at the enterprises of small and average business, and by development of the programs of socioeconomic development of Ukraine, preparation projects of the legislative and normative-legal acts on improvement of processes in small and average business, mechanisms of social maintenance and by development regulator of politics in region. The offered methodological approaches, methodical toolkit were applied to preparation of the documents of legislative, analytical and program character in Dnepropetrovsk region of the common problems, directed on the decision, of management of processes of small and average business and are used in educational process in Dnepropetrovsk national university. The recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanism of management of the enterprises of small and average business on the basis of use of information technologies were used at the enterprises of small and average business of Dnepropetrovsk ( "AVIAS" etc.).
