Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex investigation dynamics of injury and compensatory-adaptive reactions of lungs of the rats during one month after skin cryodestruction on different levels of structural organization. It was traced by the author for the first time that most denominated dystrophic and destructive changes in the lungs are marked on light microscopic and electron microscopic levels after 7 days from local skin cryodestruction and maximal manifestations of compensatory-adaptive reactions are marked between 14 and 28 days. Based on performed morpho- and stereometrical investigations quantitative criteria characterized both injury and adequate compensatory-adaptive reactions of lungs on different levels of their structural organization after skin cryodestruction were traced at first. Dynamics of changes in lungs micrometric readings of experimental animals in areas of injury and compensation ties up with dynamics of histological changes in lungs.
