Object of a muscle of a belt, shoulder and forearm of the top finiteness of corpses of fetus and people of mature age; methods - anatomic, functional, macrometric, statistical; novelty for the first time is proved helicoid orientation of muscles, and also their separate parts and bunches, segments of the top finiteness of adult people and fetus about surface axes of bones of the top finiteness with the characteristic of age features of such arrangement depending on a macroscopical structure of muscles; the new model of complete, helicoid orientation of muscles of the top finiteness of the person is offered; for the first time with the help of a method rotational dinamometria force of muscles of rotary movements of the top finiteness of people of mature age is measured; It is established, that at adult people force of the muscles included in spirals of internal rotation, it is more than force of the muscles making a spiral of external rotation.; results - studying on the basis of a macroscopical structure of laws of helicoid orientation of muscles, their parts and separate bunches is relative surface axes of segments of the top finiteness of the person; branch – medicine
