Thesis is dedicated to complex studies of the history of development of the social democratic movement in Ukraine in the 90s of the 20th century by means of analyzing the process of creation, development and activity of it's raprasetetives - the party Social Democratic Union (SDU), Social Democratic party of Ukraine (SDPU), Social Democratic party of Ukraine (united) (SDPU (U)), Ukrainian Social Democratic party (USDP). The ideological content, historical traditional and backgraund of the revival of the socil democracy in Ukraine has been ascertained. The progcess of organization constraction of Ukraine social democratic parties has been analyzed, as well as their social, political and world wide activity.
