The dissertation is devoted to research on a problem of provision of High school students social right protection in comprehensive school. The systemic analysis of high school students social right protection as a pedagogical phenomenon been carried out; such components of its realization as "informative", "educative-reproductive", "active implementation" are outlined. Perspectives and tasks of education and bringing up in social right context are determined. Optimal social and pedagogical technologies are worked out for High School Students and comprehensive School Teachers; the technologies touch upon the problem of children social right protection (such as training sessions, extra-curricular classes, educative courses).
