The results of the theoretical and experimental investigations on improvving the performance efficiency of the raw juice purification section of the sugar factory by means of optimization of the tecchnological processes are given in the present thesis. The efficiency of application of the developed optimization methods during improvement of the technological processes and equipment for raw juice purification section has been proved by the branch institute and their industrial testing in the Gorodotsky sugar factory.
