Subject matter: the ways of the realization of the interrelation between intellectual and aesthetic activity in the process of teaching and upbringing of pupils at a primary school. Aim:theoretical justification and practical verification of the ways of the realization of the interrelation between intellectual and aesthetic activity of junior school-children.Methods:theoretical,empirical.Results:theoretical justification was given to psychological and pedagogical preconditions of the interrelation between intellectual and aesthetic activity of junior school-children; levels and criteria of the efficiency of intellectual activity of junior school-children and of the development of their aesthetic reaction within intellectual activity were defined.Sphres of application: materials of research can be used in primary schools, in preparation of students the faculty of training primary school student of teachers' training colleges for work with junior pupils.
