Object - the processes of the professional rehabilitation, training, retraining, provision for employment and using invalids' labour on the enterprises, establishments and organizations of Vinnytsia region; objective - the development of theoretical-methodological and practical bases of employment and professional rehabilitation of individuals with limited physical abilities; methods - method of comparison, analysis and synthesis technique, economic and mathematical simulation, graphical method, sociological method; newness - an improvement of the social and economic bases of the notion of the professional rehabilitation of individuals with limited physical abilities and further development of its elements; the development of the methodological approaches to the researching of invalids contingent, new conceptual approaches to forming their employment; outcomes - there had been developed scientific principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations concerning the problems of their employment, professional training and retraining; brunch - had been introduced into the economic practice.
