Matviyenko N. Methodology of indicative planning of regional development of rural administrative region

Based on the domestic and foreign experience of the indicative planning it is proved the necessity of about in Ukraine as the mechanism of the social-economic and ecological policy of the state. The rural administrative region (RAR) as the object of the indicative planning is investigated. It is provided and determined its functional structure as well as the essence of the term "indicative planning RAR" is grounded. It is offered to carry out the management of the development of the social-geographical complex of the rural administrative region of the forest-steppe zone focused on the functional subsystems and it is generalized the methodology of their indicative planning. It is grounded the business-plan for the RAR territory development as the significant part of its indicative plan. On the basis of the detailed characteristic of the structural analysis of the social-geographical potential of Bohuslav RAR of Kiev region are revealed the main lacks of its intermediate term plan and the essential directions for its improvement are determined.
