During sectional researches made on 30 human corpses, 21 dogs corpses and еxperimental-morphologic reserches made on 48 dogs stable blood circulation and innervation of stomach stump studied and substantiated; definite regularities of transformations in vascular-neuroсellular microcomplexes of intermuscular nerve plexus of stomach stump walls after clinoid-tubular stomach resection 1/3 and 2/3 with formation of gastroduodeno-anastomosis and gastroenteroanastomosis were revealed.
