Shpitalenko G. The Czechs of Volyn at the beginning of the XIX-end XX century.

Subject: preconditions for Czech emigration to Volyn', dynamics of Czech ethnos quantity, peculiarities of economic activity, cultural, religions and social life of the Czech people of Volyn'. Aim: complex analysis of the process of the Czech people's resettlement to Volyn' (the 2nd half of the XIX th - the beginning of the XX th c.). Methods: problematic - chronological, statistical. Results: for the first time in Ukrainian historical science it was made an attempt of a complex and all-round research of Czech emigration to Volyn' (the 2nd half of the XIX th - the beginning of the XX th c.). Application; can be used in writing generelizing works on History of Ukraine; in working-out text-books and manuals, for organizing local lore study events.
