Essay

Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). To set the features of CAP clinic at the persons of young age of different social groups. The retrospective analysis of medical document, clinical, bacteriological, anthropometric examinations, pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomic analyses of medical treatment CAP is research methods. The dynamics of spectrum of pathogens CAP and their resistance to the antibiotics on Ukraine are first set, clinical signs CAP at young intravenous drug users, servicemen of urgent service on comparison with civilians, conformities to the law of medical errors for medical treatment CAP, direct medical costs for this disease. It is inculcated in the diagnostic-medical process of city hospitals and educational process VNMU. A health care is the sphere of the use.
