The complete system of congenital and hereditary diseases preventive measures was based. Congenital and hereditary diseases frequency among the newborns was estimated. Regions of the increased watch-phenotypes spread among the newborns of Ukraine were revealed. The spread of congenital and hereditary diseases in Kyivska Province. The structure of congenital pathology development among the newborns of the province was defined and the origin of the main risk factors were revealed.
