The object of research - the interrelations of Soviet authorities and the Orthodox Church in the Crimea in 1940s - 1960s. Тhe aim of research - to investigate the development of the interrelations of Soviet state and the Orthodox Church in the post-war period, to find out the peculiarities of the religion policy in the Crimea, to work out the recommendations towards national religion conceptions in contemporary circumstances. Methods of research - methods: historical, structural-functional, institutional, comparative-law; principles: of historism, objectiveness, scientifity. Theoretical results and novelty - first complex research of the interrelations of state authorities and the Orthodox Church in the Crimea in 1940s - 1960s. Practical results and novelty - the main points and results of the thesis may be used in preparing of scientific articles, monographs and generalised works on the Modern History of Ukraine. The subject and the degree of inculcation - the forms and methods of party and state bodies activity in the struggle against religious organisations of the Russian Orthodox Church. The effectiveness of inculcation - in teaching of general and specialised courses on the Modern History of Ukraine. The sphere of use - the results of the research may be useful for contemporary policy-making specialists and state authorities in solving of law problems and regulating the activity of religious confessions.
