Prylutskyi S. Formation of a corps professional judges in Ukraine.

The Dissertation is devoted to the research of the professional judges status in Ukraine. The conceptions of the professional judges corps and forming the professional judges corps in Ukraine, their point of the matter and place in a judge's status are revealed here. Having analyzed an influence with law gear of delegation and suspension the judicial authority over providing independence of the judges. It determines the main criterions of the candidate's qualification and their critical analysis are also considered. The author has done a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the judge's status central institutes: independence of the judges, irremovability of the judges and incompatibility of the judge position with others kind of activities, and also their practical embodiment in the judicial system in Ukraine. Proceed from the constitutional regulations in force the Dissertation illuminates the suggestions to improve the legal regulations of forming judges corps in Ukraine.
