Methods: spectrometer, gematology were carried out on the analyzer "Sysmex" (Japan); resistance erythrocytes to gemolys defined on automatic installation "Kinetic Shapemeter SH-01" (Germany) Field of application: The dissertation is devoted to study of features of formation anti-oxidant of system at birds of various kinds in embryogeny and early postnatal ontogenesis, definition fabric, birds and age features antioxidant of system of an agricultural bird in ontogenesis, influence micotoxins on its functioning, and also search of ways of increase antioxidant of the status or-ganism. Is shown, that on final stages embryogeny before a conclusion a kind a bird there is an increase of activity of the majority of joint-stock enzymes and accumulation basic fat soluble antioxidant of a crate a-tocoferole. Is established, that micotoxins are the activator peroxide of processes. Is established correlation communication (connection) at mi-cotoxins of the hens between a level of products a POL in organism a bird both activity antioxidant enzymes and con-tents of vitamins A, Е, C and carotinoides.
