Mishchanyn V. Agrarian policy in Transcarpathia (1944 -1950)

The processes of formation and realization of agrarian policy in Transcarpathia during 1944-1950 are investigated. Party and state policy in the field of agrarian relations is considered as one of the main tools of system social changes and introduction of soviet power in the region. Two periods of agrarian policy in Transcarpathia are defined: 1944-1945 - the policy of agrarian reform in the newly created Zakarpatska Ukraine; 1946-1950 - the policy of collectivization of agriculture in Zakarpatska oblast within Soviet Ukraine. The main directions, mechanisms, methods and outputs of implementation of party and state agrarian policy in the region are defined.
