Stolyuk V. Obtaining of rabies specific transfer-factor and its immunobiological properties

The object - samples of dialyzable lymphocyte extracts from pigs-donors, vaccinated against rabies by different schedules, and preparation based on the recombinant - ?- and ?-interferons -Коmbiferon. The methods - virological, immunological, biochemical and statistical. The novelty - for the first time the samples of rabies specific transfer-factor (TF) from spleens and lymphatic nodes on one- and threefold vaccinated pigs with CoCAV rabies vaccine were obtained and their immunological activity was described according to the ability of induction of active specific cellular immunity in the xenogenic recipients. An activity of TF samples, studied either in vivo or in vitro, showed the advantages the samples obtained from the threefold vaccinated donors with seven day intervals. As ascertained, intramuscular injection of TF in different terms according to CVS rabies strain exposure induced survival of experimentally infected mice. Field - veterinary medicine.
