Essay

The work is aimed at studying the role of genetic factors in formation of sexual development delay of central genesis (SDD). Multifactorial type оf heritability of SDD in teen-age girls was established and recurrent risk of the disease was calculated. A high prognostic significance of dermatoglyphic signs was established, and their employment in medico-genetic consulting to form risk group as regards SDD development was substantiated. Genetic heterogeneity of opsomenorrhea was confirmed.
