Melnyk S. Ecological-Economic Aspects of Forestry Reforming in Ukraine

The object is the process of protection, restocking and using of forest resources; the aims are to develop ecological-economic aspects of forestry reforming in Ukraine; the methods are as follows: financial, statistic and system analysis, mass-utilization per-Cent theory, compouding and residual value method; the novelty encompasses iprovement of tools classification, proposed methodological basis of forestland taxation, formed reforming principles of forestry in Ukraine and proposed concept of tools system forming of Ukrainian forestry policy, improved property rights system for forest resources, proposed state administration system of Ukrainian forestry, improved taxation system in forestry sector of Ukraine; carring out the functions "Lvivlis" is using obtained results; the implementation sphere is Ukrainian forestry
