Kholyavka V. Ecologic and economic principles of the formation of stumpage prices on wood

The subject of the research is the process of the use of forest resources of state value by the enterprises of the State Forestry Committee of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is the methodological ground of the conception of stumpage price payment for the special use of wood resources. The research methods are the methods of induction and deduction, means of mathematical statistics, methods of economical and matematic simulation. Methodological and methodical approaches are offered for determination of stumpage price rates for wood. Econometric models are developed for determination of stumpage price rates for wood and the principle approaches are improved for stump-wood sale orzanization. The results of the research are used by the State Forestry Committee, "Lvivlis", Lviv regional state administration. A sphere of this research use is forestry of Ukraine.
