Essay

The methodology developing of 25 transgenic plant lines of Arabіdopsіs thalіana were given. Three genes, which regulating chromatin structure and taking part in homologous recombination (RPD3, SІR2, SU(VAR)3-7) were mapped and cloned in vectors рMEX, pTA7002 and BіnAR. Sensitivity transgenic lines to different concentration of chemical mutagenes were tested. Histochemical analysis for restoration of functional ?-glucuronidase gene reveals insignificant reduction of the phenomena inrtachromosome homologous recombination under treatment with ММS, MN, MNU, dexametason and the raised sensitivity of ТР to the Mitimicyn C.
