The dissertation is devoted to the problem of increase of administrative qualification of the leader of a general educational institution in system of post-graduate pedagogical institution. The theoretical approaches are reasonable, are opened the contents and structure, the basic components are allocated and on this basis the principles of modernization of system of improvement of professional skill of the leader of general secondary educational institutions are developed. The model of increase of administrative qualification of the leader of general secondary educational institutions is reasonable, its determined theoretical-methodological, the component-element structure is scientific-methodical also technological parts. The methodical recommendations for improvement of increase of administrative qualification of the leader of general secondary educational institutions in the institutes post-graduate of pedagogical education are developed on the basis of this model.
