Maevskiy O. Morphological criterion of tne changes in rat livers by usage of mexidol after criodestruction

The thesis concerns studying dinamic of injure and adaptic reaction of rate livers during 28 days after criodestruction of their skin area 9-10% of the whole scin area with intruding inside of underscin depth, all at the basis of preceding usage of synthetic antioxidant mexidol. The author has discovered for the first the following: on the light-optical and ultrastructural levels and on the results of micromorphological research had been performed separately in the damaged and nondamaged parts of the rate livers the author has found out the most definite negative changes located in intermediated zones of liver parts, both after skin criodestruction and with preceding usage of mexidol (in 7 weeks came the most displayed changes) after the beginning of the experiments; the leart displayed changes could be seen in periportal zones of the liver parts. The preceding usage of mexidol causes the considerable correction of the negative changes on various levels of liver structure, roused by the conseqence ofskin criodestruction especially between 1 and 3 days and since 14 day till the end of the experiment as well.
