It was studing the laws of structural organization of prostate in normal state and peculiarities of morphofunctional changes in blood vessels, hemomicrocirculatory channel, tissue basophiles and parenchyma at once after the influence of general deep hypothermia and in different terms of posthypothermia period. In the structural elements of the prostate of rats, which had the influence of general deep hypothermia, succesive changes: took place on the height of deep hypothermia and in early terms (the first, the third, the seventh days) reactive-destructive processes predominate; on 14-th day compensative-adaptational manifestations, which in future promote processes of restoring, that we have observed on the 30-th day are present
