The problem of function of self-descriptiveness airport lighting system in case of landing the aeroplane in complicated meteorological conditions has bun put and solved at technological stages of functional interaction the crew of aeroplane with lights. The new methodology of solving the prob-lem of estimate the topological structure, light and technical characteristics airport lighting system as a entrance frequency and energy influence in spatial and optical has been formulated. The new concept of monitoring of a vector of defining parameters airport lighting system for providing safety of complicated meteorological condition has been offered.
