Essay

The research opens the communicative nature of legitimating interactions. The subject of investigation - communicative constituting of legitimacy of various areas of the sociality. The positioning of communicative structure like an attributive and rod characteristic of processes of legitimacy allows studies of this phenomenon in all important spheres. The affirmation about presence of trans-historical functions of the legitimating communications is formulated: integration and interpretation. In any society, in all historical epoch, in different social spheres of the legitimating communications realize these base functions (L-situation).
