This dissertation is based on documentary, archives and other resources of investigation shows participation of Ukrainian workers (60-80 years of ХІХ century) in social - political movement It is find out the most important movements of formation elements of working class, as a source base of process, material and legal condition of proletarians. It is analyzed the spreading of propagandistic and organized activity of radical - democrats (narodnyky) on working class, discovered the way of ideological influence on its results showed changes in proletarians conscious, drawing them to revolutionary - narodnytsky underground movement. It is discovered forms and methods propaganda of politically mature proletarians.
