Tryhuba A. Parameters of transport and purveyance infrastructure of milk processing enterprise

Research object: specialized automobiles and trailers for milk transporting, processes of milk transporting from milk purveyance points to processing enterprise, transport and purveyance infrastructure of milk processing enterprise. The purpose of researches: transport and purveyance infrastructure of milk processing enterprise parameters grounding which make possible the centralized bring together of milk (purveyed at milk points) with minimum cost. Methods of researches and equipment: system analysis and synthesis, imitation simulation and productive experimentation, photo and time study, mathematical statistics of experimental data, graph and analytic analysis. Novelty: for the first time the method of transport process factors synthesis is worked out which make possible to define the optimal parameters of transport and purveyance infrastructure of milk processing enterprise; for the first time the method and algorithm of accordance definition among rational routes quantity, specialized milk trailer quantity and day milk quantity purveyed at milk points is worked out; for the first time the method of time current cost of centralized milk transporting is worked out; firstly for the process of centralized bring together of milk the regularity of functional and price effectiveness parameters change is set out according to composition of the specialized milk trailers fleet. Theoretical and practical results: the computer program for definition of rational bring together routes is worked out.
