Zaporozhchenko A. Optimization of diagnostics and endoscopic treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children

The objects are the children with vesicoureteral reflux; aim is improvement of diagnostics and results of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) treatment by means of improvement of endoscopic correction methods and working out of their use criteria; methods: clinical, microbiological, instrumental, laboratorial, histological, statistical; novelty: for the first time the necessity of evaluation of disproportion of growth and development of urethrovesical segment and bladder in VUR was proved, indication for endoscopic treatment of VUR in children taking into account the pyelonephritis activity, intensity of dysontogenetic changes in kidney and degree of reflux-nephropathy were worked out and scientifically proved; results: methods of endoscopic correction of VUR in children and effectiveness criteria are proposed and applied; applied in institute of higher medical education; field - medicine.
