Essay

The object of investigation - the homeostasis system and indexes of protein exchange in clinically healthy and bronchopneumonic calves. The purpose of investigation - consist of experimental substantiation the using of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - Dimexide, Flunixine meglumine for treatment of calves with bronchopneumonia on the basis of the studying their influence on the systems of homeostasis, proteolisis and indexes of protein exchange. The method of investigation - clinical, morphological content of the blood, biochemical (haemoglobine, AST, urea, creatinine, general proteine, zink-sulfate test, the quantity of Fibrinogen, SFA, Plasmine activity, t-PA, (1-IP and quantity of (2-M), histological (lungs), bacteriological (the investigation of the microflora of tracheal and bronchial mucosa and its susceptibility to antibiotics). Scientific novelty - there was established that the development of bronchopneumonia in calves is accompanied by mobilization of adaptive and nonspecific defensive factors that is supported by increase the content of of haptoglobine and ceruloplasmine, and at chronical course - Immunoglobuline G. For the first time it is established that in calves with bronchopneumonia the dysbalans develops between procoagulant and phybrinolitic systems in the direction of increasins the coagulative properties of blood with simultaneous decrease of summary fibrinolitic activity that cause the infringement of haemocirculation in lungs (thrombosis, vessel occlusion, ischemia and tissue necrosis) and lung tissue edema at acute course of bronchopneumonia. The ingibitory potenciale decreases that increase the possibility for destructive influence of endogenic proteinase on the lung tissue in the center of inflammation. Results: there was substantiated the necessity of using of anti-inflammatory medicines in calves with acute course of bronchopneumonia. There were developed effective schemes of their treatment. There was proposed: the method of diagnosis of inflammatory process at bronchopneumonia and treatment schemes for the sick calves. There was introduced proved by SSIKI veterinary medicines and food additives "Reccomendation as to using the intrapleural infusion of dymetylsulfoxide-novocaine-antibiotic solution fot the treatment of calves with bronchopneumonia".
