Keleberda N. Correction of immunity in the same time of vaccination poultry by influence imidazole products from Gamboro disease and New-Castle disease.

Research object: Poultry immunodeficiency and postvaccinal immunity stimulation by immunostimulation agent application. Research purpose: The development of the immunity correction scheme using the imidasol products (levamisole and FIANT-2) and efficiency definition of their application at vaccination against New-Castle and Gamboro diseases. Research methods: serological, immunohistochemical, morphometrical, biochemical and statistical. Equipments: microtome МПФ-2, reflactometer ИР 22, spectrophotometer СФ 26. Theoretical results: The influence estimation of immunosuppression vaccines from BG and 228 Е strains of a Gamboro disease virus is given and FIANT-2 immunostimulation activity determination is adduced. Practical results: "The Recommendations on pathomorphologic diagnostic of poultry immunodeficiencies, their correction and postvaccinal immunity stimulation by imidasol products" are prepared and authorized; the scheme of immunostimulation by the imidasol products are developed. Novelty: The immunosuppressive effect of vaccines from BG and 228 Е strains of a Gamboro disease virus is established. For the first time in Ukraine the immunostimulation way is offered by application FIANT-2 with different duration intervals (doubling circle schemes), that is confirmed by the declarative patent. Features of immunopotentiating action FIANT -2 on immunity formation in chickens of different age after virus vaccines application for the first time are investigated. Introduction degree: the methodical recommendations are introduced; the developed immunostimulation scheme is used at vaccination in poultry farms. Usage sphere: veterinary medicine, poultry farms.
