Object - functioning specialized forestry the enterprises; the purpose - development of bases of effective managing of the agricultural enterprises concerning use and reproduction of wood fund; a methods - the statistical analysis, economic-mathematical, comparative, the theoretical analysis and synthesis; novelty - is developed a technique introduction ecological to audit on the ecologically economic bases, the scientifically-grounded approach concerning planning activity forestry the enterprises on the basis of economic-mathematical models of optimum use and rational reproduction of wood resources; results - are developed new standards of the enterprise in system of standards of the ecological audit, a new subsystem of material stimulation of workers forestry the enterprises on ecologically economic bases; it is introduced at enterprises "Halsillis", sphere of application - forestry of Ukraine.
